Scoring & Visibility Logic

Before an incident reaches the Redaction phase, it undergoes a rigorous automated evaluation. The system calculates a priority score based on multiple threat parameters. Only incidents meeting a strict minimum scoring threshold are escalated for full intelligence drafting, ensuring our platform focuses exclusively on high-impact threats.

Note on Telemetry: Our Global Statistics panel aggregates data from all tracked incidents (including those in the INITIAL state) to provide a macro-level view of the cyber threat landscape. However, the main Dashboard exclusively displays curated, fully drafted intelligence briefs (ON-GOING state).

PRIVACY POLICY

1. Data Collection & Minimization: VulpSec is a Cyber Threat Intelligence (CTI) aggregator. We collect only strictly necessary personal data (Email Address, Name) exclusively for account authentication and security alert distribution. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with advertising agencies or third-party data brokers.

2. Platform Security Architecture: As a security-first platform, we enforce rigorous technical controls to protect user data:

  • Zero Plain-Text Passwords: Passwords are never stored in plain text. We utilize robust cryptographic hashing (bcrypt) for all credentials.
  • Two-Factor Authentication (2FA): Time-based One-Time Password (TOTP) authentication is natively supported and highly encouraged for all operator accounts to prevent unauthorized access.
  • Brute-Force Protection: The platform employs automated rate-limiting and temporary account lockouts upon detecting repeated failed authentication attempts.
  • Encryption in Transit: All communications between the client and our servers are encrypted using modern TLS protocols (HTTPS).
  • Audit Logging: For security and integrity purposes, access to classified intelligence and administrative actions are securely logged in our backend.

3. Third-Party API Integrations (Social Media & Content Distribution): VulpSec utilizes various third-party APIs (including but not limited to LinkedIn, YouTube, Meta, X, Telegram, and TikTok) to automatically publish daily cybersecurity briefings and threat intelligence to our official profiles.

Our strict commitment regarding these integrations:
- We do not collect, store, or process any personal data from end-users on these external platforms.
- We do not track viewers, followers, or commenters across these third-party networks.
- OAuth and API integrations are strictly restricted to authorized VulpSec Administrators to grant the system automated publishing permissions to our own controlled accounts. No generic user can post to external social media networks via our platform.

4. User Rights & Contact: Users maintain the right to request the deletion of their account and associated telemetry data at any time. For privacy-related inquiries or data deletion requests, please contact info@vulpsec.com.
